12 Year Grand Finale Progressive Disbursement Event
EVENT DETAILS:
The purpose of this Progressive Disbursement event is to distribute patron contributed progressive incremented monies from progressive machine(s) that have been closed. This event is open to everyone that is actively playing a slot machine at the advertised time of the draw. You do not have to be a Gold Club Member to win.
On August 1st, 2026, our grand finale cash giveaway of $5000 ($1000, $1500, $2500 respectively) at the following times: 2pm, 5pm. 8pm. The total money to be disbursed is $5,000.
12 Year Grand Finale prizes originate from discontinued progressive player contribution amounts accumulated between March 10th, 2026, and March 17th, 2026, at Sand Hills Casino. In addition to the player contribution amounts, Sand Hills Casino may, at its discretion, contribute supplementary funds to bring the total available cash prizes to an even number.

Terms & Conditions
- Sand Hills Casino 12 Year Grand Finale disbursement event will occur on August 1st, 2026.
- There will be three (3) hot seat draws held at 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm. Must be in attendance. Membership not required. No carry-overs.
- A Gold Club representative, at the scheduled date and drawing time, will draw a ballot from the draw drum (located by the Gold Club), the drum will contain one ballot for every current slot location on the Sand Hills Casino gaming floor. The drawing will be performed with a manager present and watched by surveillance.
- Once the Gold Club representative has drawn a ballot from the drum, the Manager or designee will confirm along with surveillance that there is a patron actively playing at the selected machine. “Actively playing” means having played the slot machine the player is currently at within the previous two minutes.
- If it is confirmed that a patron is actively playing on that machine at the time of the draw, they are awarded the prize. If no patron is actively playing at the machine, additional ballots will be drawn until such time a patron is actively playing at the machine to be awarded the prize.
The Manager or designee and Surveillance will visually confirm that the player is not banned or self-excluded. Valid photo identification will be required. - The drum is always held under constant surveillance coverage.
- Participants in this event agree to abide by the rules of the 12 Year Summer Giveaway.
- Sand Hills Casino employees are not eligible to participate in this event.
- Sand Hills Casino has the right to change or discontinue this draw due to circumstances beyond their control.
